With seven years experience founding a world-famous museum, I can provide support to new and established museums to turn it into a cultural sensation. From a light touch of ad-hoc advice to feasibility studies to full hands-on strategy and masterplanning to make your vision come to life, let's transform your space into an unforgettable experience that captivates and inspires.
Let's create events together that aren't just seen—they're felt, heard, and lived. I am particularly interested in working with brands to create immersive activations and exhibitions, gaming and LARPs, and interactive entertainment. From grand galas to intimate gatherings, your visitors will be talking about it for years.
Helping you make the most of your business by honing your brand voice, nailing that communications strategy and engaging your customers in creative and innovative ways. Craft compelling narratives and striking visuals that resonate and engage. Let's make your brand the one they can't stop talking about.
Champion inclusivity and diversity by empower voices of marginalised communities, fostering equality and equity, and drive impactful change for women and LGBTQ+ communities. Together, we'll create a more vibrant and inclusive world. I am available for crisis management, PR and policy development.
Founding an organisation is a unique experience that can only truly be understood by living it. I can provide advice and a listening ear, either as a one off or on a regular basis. Founders are trailblazers - I want to see leaders turn into legends.

testimonials
The Cheltenham Science Festival have been thrilled to work with Florence Schechter (and then with the Vagina Museum) over the past 10 years. Florence brings exactly what we are looking for at a science festival, with overall aims to address the biggest hot topics of our times with a general public audience. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she brings unique content, a vibrant and lively persona, flexibility and most of all that indefinable pizzaz that we want a part of.

Florence and I worked together on a module for the University of Leicester’s masters in Museum Studies that explored intersectionality, social justice and activism in museum and heritage organisations. Florence brought originality, creativity, energy and insightfulness to the whole process from ideation and module planning through to creating and featuring in multimedia content with us at the Vagina Museum that became part of the student-facing learning materials. She was a huge asset to the module team, delivering ideas and content that significantly enhanced the students learning in this unique module. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
